**SUMMARY**:
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Monthly sales, inventory and freight analysis and budget maintenance for corporate management team
- Develop and run regular reports for Sales analysis and forward those reports to the sales team and senior management
- Review requirements for customer / vendor programs and rebates
- Inventory Aging and Strategic sales Monitoring
- Meet with product managers biweekly to track all inventory aging sales strategies
- Compile sales reporting from our major customers to create weekly sales updates
- Oversee sales reviews / margin reviews / inventory levels on a tight deadline for “on-time” financial reporting

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Successful completion of a degree in Supply Chain Operations Management, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience in another relevant field;
- Excellent forecasting skills;
- Effective planning and organization/work management skills;
- Must have a proven track record of demonstrating technically based analysis skills;
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, including VBA, and array formulas (MANDATORY)
- POWER BI programming knowledge would be an asset
- Familiarity with Powerpivot, Power BI and JDE EnterpriseOne
- Demonstrated organizational ability and ability to follow-through until completion with a minimum of supervision;
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Sit or remain stationary for extended periods of time, particularly when working at a computer workstation.
- Use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
- Occasionally move about the office to access files, attend meetings, or communicate with colleagues.
- Occasionally lift or move general office items up to 10 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This is a full-time, office-based position in a professional business environment.
- The role involves frequent use of standard office equipment such as computers, printers, telephones, and presentation tools.
- The position may require occasional extended hours to meet deadlines, especially during month-end or quarterly reporting periods.
- The role is highly collaborative, requiring interaction with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Product Management, but also demands focused, independent analysis.
- Hybrid work or remote work flexibility may be available depending on company policy and business needs.
