**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate warehouse equipment including hand truck and reach trucks to facilitate the movement of goods.
- Perform order picking and packing to fulfill customer requests accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload products from delivery trucks, ensuring safe handling and proper storage.
- Maintain an organized warehouse environment by following established procedures for inventory management.
- Utilize a Warehouse Management System to track inventory levels and assist in order fulfillment processes.
- Fabricate or build pallets as needed for shipping and storage purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in warehouse distribution or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with order picking processes and warehouse management systems is advantageous.
- Full Drivers Licensed with clean abstract is required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items (up to 75 pounds) and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.
- A team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues effectively.
