We are looking for a **Full Time Cleaner** to join our team to aid in providing service to a single location. **This site is located in the Westshore Area - Colwood**

**Monday to Saturday**

**5am start time (or earlier)**

**10am - 1pm (depending on season) end time**

**30-40 hrs per week**

**Duties**:

- Garbage and Recycling Collection
- Vacuuming
- Floor Washing
- Cabinet fronts & inside cleaned
- Surfaces and shelves dusted and/or wiped like walls, ceilings, fixtures to remove dust and debris.
- Sinks, toilets, urinals and showers washed
- Windows, sills and tracks inside cleaned
- Baseboards dusted and/or wiped
- Doorknobs, door frames and doors wiped
- Light switches wiped
- Marks on walls and baseboards cleaned
- Sweep, vacuum and wash floors
- Ensure that the suites are clean and free from hazards.
- All other typical custodial duties
- Deep Cleaning
- Report any safety or hazard concerns to the supervisor.

**Skills, Experience, Attributes**:

- Must follow health and safety protocols.
- Must be comfortable and accountable when handling site security policies
- Must be able to travel to work and be on-time for the start of shifts
**- Previous commercial or residential cleaning experience is considered a valuable asset and is preferred but not required - we train thoroughly.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
