**Position Overview**

As Chief Executive Officer, you will lead South Coast Wellness with vision and integrity. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will be responsible for:

- Strategic planning and organizational leadership
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centered services
- Overseeing budgeting, financial stewardship, and resource allocation
- Managing human resources and fostering a healthy workplace culture
- Building partnerships with stakeholders, funders, and the community
- Active participation in the two Ontario Health Teams
- Ensure ongoing policy reviews and compliance
- Addressing and adhering to all relevant provincial and federal legislation
- Develop a robust Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion program
- Advocating for mental health and addictions services at regional and provincial levels

Pay: From $63.00 per hour
