Back in Motion Rehab is seeking an experienced career practitioner to work in our WarehouseAbilities and Skills for Life and Work programs. As a Facilitator/Employment Counsellor, you will support Persons with Disabilities and Multi-Barriered Individuals address commonly-faced obstacles to ensure sustainable employment.
You will provide support through the duration of a 9 week program including pre-screening, intake assessment, development of a training plan and implementation and delivery of workshops. As a Facilitator, you will facilitate cohort based workshops, including employment readiness, job search and life skills workshops. Additionally you will work closely with the Universal Learning Institute and the Employment Specialist to determine suitable Employment and Work Experience opportunities that lead to sustainable employment in Warehousing related jobs
This is a rewarding 4 month opportunity (with the possibility for extension pending contract extension) working 21 hours per week. We offer a flexible work schedule, and possibility of additional hours based on availability and need.
