Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Part Time Sales Associate with open availability ( Days/Evening/Weekends ) to join our MSM team at our Okotoks Location. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Inform our customers on the Makers in the store and the story behind their business
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrate features and benefits
- Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's purchase
- Conduct product demos to showcase the functionality and quality of our products
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Process customer transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Store Key Holder (the ability to open and close the store )

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of sales records
- Excellent upselling skills to maximize revenue opportunities
- Proficient in conducting product demos to showcase features and benefits
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Cashiering experience with proficiency in basic math calculations
