**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Lead and manage store staff, fostering a positive team environment and encouraging professional development.
- Supervise daily operations including inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies.
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure accurate timekeeping for all employees.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by training staff on effective sales techniques and POS systems.
- Handle cashiering duties as needed, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve store goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety standards.
- Engage with customers to resolve issues and enhance their shopping experience.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate expectations and provide updates on store performance.
- Develop the new menus for the store, know how to design posters and boost instagram feed.
- Prepare for the upcoming store, have basic knowledge of setting up the store and different kinds of machines in cafe.
**Experience**
- Experience of setting up new store is an asset.
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong skills in team management, supervising staff, and effective communication.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and time management practices is essential.
- Experience with cashiering and retail sales processes is highly desirable.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our diverse customer base.
- Proficient in using POS systems for transactions and inventory tracking.
