- Knowledge of ICBC policies and procedures
- Autobroker
- Personal Lines
- Travel Insurance
- Private Auto
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Ability to learn various company portals
- Ability to identify gaps in coverage and offer additional products to address
- Ability to keep detailed notes in Broker Management System (Paperless Environment)
- Keep abeyances updated and current

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service and professional advice to all clients or potential clients.
- Sales and service (including upselling) of all ICBC related products.
- Sales and cross sell of other insurance products or services offered, including but not limited to Private Auto, Personal Lines, Travel, Business, Marine, RV Insurance.
- Participate in upsell & cross selling incentives
- Batching, inventory, plate return, bank deposits and other ICBC related duties
- Light office cleaning
