**STATUS**: Full-Time/Part-Time

Founded in 1999, OTH is at the centre of Canadian fashion culture acting as an incubator for creative and trailblazing brands with deep roots in streetwear fashion culture. Over the last two decades, OTH has showcased and celebrated Montreal’s unique culture through art, music, sports, and fashion.

**THE POSITION**:
Retail Advisors are the face of our business, responsible for creating amazing client experiences, communicating brand stories, perfecting their craft, and constantly elevating the OTH brand. This position is best-suited for people who live, dress, and promote streetwear and sneaker culture.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Guide and style clients through their shopping journey
- Commitment to the OTH selling steps
- Prioritize client needs and always deliver on the OTH experience that clients expect
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
- Maintain all visual aspects of the store (merchandising, cleanliness etc.)
- Monitor and replenish stock levels
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on the needs of the business (weekends, evenings, holidays)
- Process client transactions quickly and accurately
- Willingness to be coached

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 1-3 years of retail sales experience
- _If you embody the OTH culture and have a desire to learn and work hard - no retail experience is required_
- Ability to speak French and English
- Desire to continue learning about our brands and products
- Strong sales ability
- Knowledge of and passion for streetwear / fashion and sneaker culture
- Commitment to the OTH values of community, integrity, and client experience
- Ability to tell brand stories and communicate with ALL our clients
- Support and participate in store events, activations, and meetings
- Dress in OTH style / fashion (non-negotiable)
- Be informed of marketing and brand updates
