Great North Distributors is a leading cannabis sales agency dedicated to providing high-quality brands and exceptional customer experiences. We are passionate about education, community engagement, and driving brand awareness in the rapidly growing cannabis market.

**Role Overview**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent our suppliers at retail key account locations, industry events, and community activations. As a key player in our marketing team, you will educate consumers, build relationships with retailers, and create excitement around our products.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Promote Brand Awareness: Engage with consumers and retail staff to communicate our brand’s values, product benefits, and unique selling points.
- Retail Support: Conduct in-store demos, pop-ups, and promotional activities at dispensaries and partner locations.
- Product Education: Stay up to date on our product offerings and educate customers on product usage, effects, and compliance guidelines.
- Event Activation: Represent the brands at trade shows, festivals, and cannabis-related events to drive visibility and trial.
- Social Media Engagement: Share brand-related content and events on personal and company social platforms (if applicable).
- Market Insights: Gather feedback from customers and retailers to help improve brand positioning and product offerings.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- 2-3 years retail, sales or customer service experience (required)
- Passionate about cannabis and knowledgeable about industry trends and regulations.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in retail, sales, or customer service (required).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
- Must be 19+ (or legal age in your region) with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

**Physical Demands**
- Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time may include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or mobile device
- Physical demands with activity or condition may include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
- Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time may include driving throughout the day with segments up to 2 hours
- May require lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 56lbs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Cannabis: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
