We’re looking for a roll-up your sleeves person to join our team and build a career as a
**Operations Associate**
***in
**Coquitlam, BC. **This is currently a
**6-month** contract position with the possibility of extension/permanency.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Delivery as needed;
- Assist with the warehouse duties; receiving, unloading, picking and loading;
- Replace vacation and absences in delivery and warehouse department;
- Perform other duties as assigned including housekeeping of common areas; packing, moving and setting up of cabinets, equipment, etc.;
- Provide assistance as needed to the operations team.
- Ad hoc administrative functions;
- Assist in overseeing inventory levels by receiving and recording new stock as it's delivered or shipped out;
- Routine cleaning and maintenance of office machines
- This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties as may be assigned by the line manager._

**Requirements**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High School diploma or general equivalency diploma preferred (GED) preferred;
- Valid Driver's License and clean drivers abstract.

**COMPETENCIES**
- Proficiency of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
