Sales Agent for High End Clothing Store

As a Sales Associate representing Fabmark Clothings, your responsibilities include:

- Building long-term and successful relationships with customers. This includes Greeting customers, responding to questions, being knowledgeable about product information, and providing outstanding customer service.
- Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
- Assisting in store opening and closing operations.
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
- Replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
- Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
- Resolving customer issues and escalating issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
- Developing your retail skills by completing a mandatory training period
- Other tasks assigned by management.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous retail sales experience is an asset
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including the weekend and evenings

**Job Type**: Temporary Part-time (with possibility of Permanent, Full-time)
