**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor entrance and exit points to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct thorough checks of guests' identification to verify legal drinking age and prevent entry of prohibited items.
- Make informed and fair judgment calls on admissions to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Manage crowd control during busy hours to prevent overcrowding and maintain order.
- Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances and de-escalate situations as needed.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and provide assistance during emergencies.
- Utilize CCTV and surveillance equipment to effectively monitor activities within the venue.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to protect property and ensure guest safety.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with patrons, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong observational skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Physical fitness is essential; this role may require standing for long periods and responding quickly to incidents.
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess any required licenses or certifications relevant to security roles in your area.
