**Position Overview**:
We’re hiring a Project Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years of experience to oversee day-to-day operations across maintenance, renovation, and new build projects. This is a leadership role for someone who can manage multiple sites, direct crews and subcontractors, and keep projects running on time and on budget. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage maintenance, renovation, and new construction projects
- Supervise crews, subcontractors, and site activity
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, materials, and inspections
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety and building codes
- Communicate with tenants, clients, trades, and suppliers
- Track progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Solve problems quickly and keep work moving efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or property project management
- Strong understanding of building practices, codes, and safety standards
- Proven ability to manage crews and multiple job sites
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

**Assets (Not Required)**:

- Trade certification or Red Seal
- Experience with residential development or multi-unit housing
- Knowledge of provincial housing and inspection processes

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $43,923.89-$82,357.58 per year
