TierOne Marketing is looking for full-time Customer Service and Sales Reps for our new customer service and sales team. **These are IN-PERSON positions, not remote.**

We are looking for associates with great communication skills who can add to our team. We are located in North York, Ontario and are looking for people that are fun and outgoing that want to excel.

We work with large companies looking to expand into the Canadian market. English is required as is Canadian work authorization. Additional languages are a plus.

**Responsibilities**
- Participate in daily team gatherings and workshops.
- Engage in face-to-face interactions with new customers.
- Building and managing client relationships.
- Delivering persuasive sales presentations.
- Negotiating and closing sales deals.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Process new orders for internet, cable, cell phone, and home security plans.

**Requirements**:

- Successfully clear a standard background check.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Eligible for full-time employment in Canada.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Possess an open-minded attitude and a keen eagerness to learn.

All interviews are conducted in person at our office. We are looking for someone who can start within the next 1-2 weeks.

We have been tasked with adding a minimum of 2 new customer service and sales agents by the end of this month and are looking for people that would be the right fit for our team.

**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Saturdays 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Salary**: $40,678.00-$54,681.00 per year
