**Job Description**:
The Junior Supervisor's main role is to do all things needed to support the safety, service and KPI's of the Winnipeg Terminal. This is done by being a leader on the dock floor in support of the direction of the Dock Supervisor and Managers.

The Junior Supervisor also covers the Dock Supervisor for illness and vacation.

**Qualifications**:

- LTL inbound dock experience.
- Knowledge of city load planning or aptitude to learn all aspects of city load planning.
- Leadership traits and strong work ethic.
- AS/400 experience and ability to learn.
- Able to train, direct and correct dock employees on workload and tasks.
- Safety Minded
