Join the Monarch Dentistry Team We are looking great Team Members to join our clinics throughout the GTHA area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinate appointments, fill vacancies in schedule and co-ordinate schedulesManage patient inquiries, complete referrals, liaise with other offices in a clear and concise manner
- Bill patients and their insurance companies and maintain accurate patient accounts.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable from insurance companies and patients.
- Maintain patient files, charts, and reports, and enter data into the Electronic Records system

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist
- Experience in optimization of scheduling patient appointments
- Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
- Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings and weekends based on business needs.
- Previous dental assisting experience is preferred
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Excellent interpersonal skills: demonstrated ability to adapt and respond to a variety of patients
- Experience with Dental practice management software (such as Dentrix) is considered an asset
