As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients through exceptional hair services. You will be responsible for providing high-quality hair styling, cutting, and coloring services while ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for every client. Your expertise in hair care combined with excellent customer service skills will contribute to the overall success of our salon.

**Duties**
- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Assist at the front desk when needed, managing appointments and greeting clients warmly.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to offer clients innovative solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients.
- Experience in upselling products or services is preferred.
- Ability to perform front desk duties as needed, including appointment scheduling and retail sales.
- A valid cosmetology license is required.

Pay: $15.00-$39.78 per hour
