Under the direct supervision of the Manager, Test Operations, the **Supervisor, Test Operations (Laboratory Technician)** is responsible for the oversight of the Test Operation Laboratory in aspects of both performance of personnel in the lab, and the completion of all production and non-production work and analysis performed in the lab. They are also responsible for coordinating the completion of Finished Goods testing of cards, readers, capillary tubes and including testing support for other Siemen Healthineers departments when required.

As the **Supervisor, Test Operations**, your responsibilities will include:

- Taking responsibility for the work and actions of the Level I and Level II Test Operation Laboratory Technicians to ensure smooth performance of all aspects of the Test Operations Laboratory.
- Finished Goods Testing for; Epoc Test Cards, Capillary Tubes and Reader Final Test, and maintain appropriated records for each activity
- Ensuring the proper testing of routine performance checks including Adaptive Process Control, Lifetime, incoming material verification and validation testing
- Coordinating with lab personnel coverage for 7 days shift rotation; maintaining on-call support to the Manufacturing Line 24/7 and the coordination of payroll submissions
- Coordinating and ensuring test schedule is set, maintained, and executed
- Reinforcing the maintenance of up-to-date records from all testing of development lots
- to schedule and ensure the proper execution of complex testing requirements for all engineering departments, complaints, software, and R&D
- Coordinating alongside the Level III Test Operations Laboratory Technicians, routine Lab maintenance & troubleshooting of lab testing equipment, record activities in maintenance logs
- Overseeing the inventory of card lots used for non-routine testing
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the Test Operations Laboratory
- Providing guidance and mentorship to the Level I and Level II Test Operation Technician on Finished Goods testing, routine performance checks and complex testing requirements
- Participating in Test Operations process improvement efforts
- Participating with documentation updates and reviews
- Supporting the Epocal Employee Blood Donor Program
- Supporting Test Operations Laboratory consumable inventory and within lab Eurotrol control fluid inventory
- Participating and coordinating training activities for Level I and Level II Test Operations Laboratory Technicians including updates and refresher training

As a successful **Supervisor, Test Operations **you will have:

- College or University degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and technical experience
- Experience in the _Test Operations Laboratory Technician, Level III_ is required
- Experience in a regulated industry is an asset
- Experience with testing of blood and use of lab equipment is an asset
- Phlebotomy skills is an asset
