A&W Campbell River, in BC, is seeking full and part time Kitchen Crew to start immediately at our Merecroft location.

**Wage**: $17.50-18.25/hour

**Job Type**: Full-time, part-time, temporary, or leading to permanent if desired. Work includes various shifts (Days, Evenings and Weekends).

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas, paying attention specifically to the correct handling of raw proteins, such as beef, pork, eggs, chicken, fish.
- Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
- Prepare foods following specific methods that usually require short preparation time.
- Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills and deep-fat fryers.
- Read food order monitors or receive verbal instructions and prepare and cook food according to instructions.
- Clean, stock, and restock workstations.
- Wash, cut, and prepare.
- Receive delivery of supplies.
