**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that align with market demands.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on sales performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding customer requirements and offering tailored solutions.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and expand professional networks.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in business development and outside sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
- Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing customer interactions.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
