Delivery Manager - Central North: Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and Coromandel
Delivery Manager - Central East: Hawke's Bay
What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve business objectives.- Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance and support.- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.- Financial Performance: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including members, customers, suppliers, and contractors.- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigate risks.
