- Stay up to date on current trends and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record as a Thumbnail artist for a large YouTube channel
- Proficiency in Creative Cloud Suite (PS, AI, AE)
- Understanding of YouTube analytics, such as CTR & viewer retention
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to take and deliver constructive feedback
- Comfortable meeting deadlines
