**Summary**:

- Preparation, installation and maintenance of field liner stock
- Pruning processes of all in-field stock
- Set-up, maintenance and recording/reporting of irrigation systems
- Monitor in-ground, wire basket and hardscape product inventories
- Receiving and staging of plant material and hardscape products
- Manage and mentor field staff

**Requirements**:
The successful applicant would be required to have:

- Ability to work extended hours including Saturdays when required
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized and work to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in both a group atmosphere and alone
- Ability to adapt and show initiative
- Have basic knowledge of agricultural processes
- Have basic knowledge of farm equipment, and some operational skills
- A reasonable level of literacy and basic math

Clean G Drivers Licence

**Recommendations**

The successful applicant would be recommended to have:

- Horticultural / Forestry / Arboriculture certification or diploma
- MS Office Suite (specifically Excel) experience
- Pesticide Applicators Licence (or be willing to obtain)
- Sales experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Horticultural: 1 year (preferred)
- Farming: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-03-31
