**Innovative Prime Marketing** is looking for a result-driven Sales Agent to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.

**What will you do as the Sales Associate?**
- Acquiring new customers with leads provided.
- Work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about your products, and recommend the right solutions through calls.
- Promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Assess customer's needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the client's sales goals.

**What you Bring to the Team**:

- 1-2 years of Sales-Support/Hospitality/Customer Service experience is an asset.
- Proficiency in English
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets, analyzing market trends, and providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
