My name is Sam. I’ve been in one trade or another for 20 years. I started as a carpenter and as the years have gone by I’ve had tons of experience in cabinetry, tile, rough and finish carpentry with a sprinkling of HVAC, plumbing and some electrical. When it comes to interiors, I know my way around a house or a condo. We are a renovation company that focuses on interiors. I’m looking for someone who wants to replace me and potentially prove themselves as an up-and-coming project manager. I’m looking for one person who is focused and detail oriented.

Things you’ll need:

- You’ll need to have an excellent command of the English language, as I only speak one language.
- You’ll need a working vehicle; a truck is preferred.
- You’ll need tools - hand tools are bare minimum.
- You’ll need to be able to work fully independently on your own.

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
