**Mikala Inc is currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in Ottawa, ON.**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems.
- Setup, configuration, and maintenance of POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Installation and maintenance of networks, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality.
- Implementation and management of structured cabling solutions.

**Required Skills**:

- Previous experience in CCTV installation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with POS system installation and maintenance.
- Proficiency in setting up and maintaining networks.
- Knowledge of structured cabling techniques and practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

**Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
