**Description**

Responsible for receiving merchandise (returns), verifying it and routing this merchandise to the right place in the warehouse as well as entering it into the returns management system.

**Responsibilities**
- Inspect and analyze product returns and new orders (eye wear frames).
- Prepare the necessary documentation.
- Enter information into the computer system.
- Dispose of the merchandise in the right locations with the appropriate documents.
- Prepare the relevant documents for the shipments.
- Check that the deliveries meet customer requirements.
- Provide excellent follow-up.
- All other tasks as required.

**Experience / Competencies**
- Must be comfortable working with a computer very often during the day.
- Precision and attention to detail are essential.
- Show courtesy.
