**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment to complete cleaning tasks efficiently
- Conduct facilities maintenance as needed, including minor repairs or reporting larger issues to management
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all assigned areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas
- Manage time effectively to complete daily cleaning schedules within designated timeframes
- Use customer service skills to address client requests or concerns professionally and courteously
- Heavy lifting of supplies or equipment may be required during cleaning procedures
- Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and operating power tools

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and facilities maintenance is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks throughout the shift
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interactions
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while adhering to safety standards
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for scheduled shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25,000.00-$30,000.00 per year
