We're seeking a Senior Coach / Personal Trainer to join the F45 Westmount team. F45 experience is preferred but not necessary, but if you were the top 2 or 3 coaches at a previous studio, that would be a bonus. We're flexible in terms of time commitment and availability - this could turn into a full-time role (either early morning or evening & weekend availability required), or a casual/part-time role, or it could be perfect for someone who has a day job and ONLY wants to coach in the evenings and on weekends, but is an absolute STAR. That's the benefit of joining a growing studio - we can accommodate what YOU are looking for. What's more important is WHO you are. Our team is 100% A PLAYERS, so we only have space for the very best to join us. We're looking for someone senior - to us that means a minimum of 3-4+ years of personal training or team coaching experience. Less experience could work, and more can definitely work too. If you have or have had your own personal training business, that could definitely be a fit We're also looking for someone likeable, who builds rapport easily with clients and coworkers. We have this idea of being a gym that serves up PERSONAL TRAINING in a GROUP EXPERIENCE and "5 STAR hospitality" - we want to give our members so much more than they would ever think to expect from a gym. We'd be interested in someone with an elite athletic background or specific demonstrated experience around building strength and muscle size, as it's an area of interest for our community. QUALIFICATIONS - Certification in personal training or fitness instruction - Degree or diploma in a related field would be an asset GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES There is a ton of opportunity for growth at F45 Westmount. In the future, we plan to promote one of our Senior Coaches to Head Trainer & Studio Manager. HOURS AVAILABLE Evening and weekend availability is a must-have, specifically looking for someone available on MONDAY & THURSDAY evenings. This role will start part-time and has the potential to become FULL TIME based on performance (anywhere between 8-25 hours per week).
