We are looking for a permanent Store person Grade 1 within our Afternoon Shift team with warehouse experience to join our Distribution Centre based at Québec. This is a fast-paced environment and due to growth in our business we are increasing our staff levels. We are looking for experienced pickers in a permanent role.

**Duties include**:

- Picking and packing of customer orders
- Ability to multi skill across a variety of warehouse tasks, including some technology.
- Elementary level system admin/input
- Ensure tasks are picked and confirmed within agreed time frames, reporting daily exceptions to the Warehouse Management team
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately
- Ensuring the correct use of the relevant WMS equipment
- Ensuring the correct quantity of packages and weights are recorded
- Committed to delivering quality on time and in full to achieve a high level of customer experience
- Work with the Warehouse management team to assess & prioritise daily workloads
- Carry out all warehouse duties as directed by the Warehouse management team
- Ensuring the warehouse is kept in a clean and tidy condition
- Assisting in all areas of the warehouse as required

**Required skills and experience**:

- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Commitment to safety
- Experience with voice picking would be advantageous
- Strong organisational skills - ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit to perform the duties of the position and willing to attend a pre-employment medical
- Experiencing of working with a warehouse management system
- Good communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate initiative
- Team Player - maintain close working relationships with all other employees
- Results and achievement focused
- Honest and reliable
- Strong work ethic
