**Crew Lead - ICI Roofing**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a crew on commercial/industrial flat roofing projects ( BUR, Mod Bit, Single Ply etc.)
- Manage daily job site operations, safety protocols, and work quality
- Coordinate with project managers and estimators
- Ensure material usage is tracked and documented properly
- Mentor and train crew members

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial flat roofing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

2. **Assistant Crew Leader (Foreman) - ICI Roofing**

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Crew Lead in managing site operations
- Help supervise crew members and ensure safety and productivity
- Assist with planning, layout, and hands-on roofing work
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and site supervisors

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years experience in ICI roofing
- Team-oriented with leadership potential
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Driver’s license preferred
