We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of **Dynatrace Specialist** to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks.
**Required Skills**:
- **7+** years IT relevant enterprise working experience.
- Hands-on experience in implementing and configuring **Dynatrace** across various platforms and technologies. Proficiency in customizing **Dynatrace metrics, alerts, dashboards,** and other configurations to meet specific customer requirements is essential.
- Experience in alerting management or incident event management is required eg. ServiceNow
- Proven experience in data analysis, predictive modeling, and false positive reduction within the context of IT monitoring, preferably with expertise in **Dynatrace** and **ELK**.
- Online banking and mobile banking production support experience is asset.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, along with experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $80.00-$85.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
