**Introduction**:
We are currently seeking a Service technician and Installations Co-Ordinator responsible for service and installation, integration, testing and service of high-end security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion and other progressive technologies.

This is a full-time position and includes a minimum of 40 hours of competitive hourly pay, company vehicle, and a benefit package.

**Responsibilities**:
Replace, integrate, program, test and service integrated security systems equipment, including CCTV (IP), intercoms and Access Control.

Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, and schematics.

Build confidence with clients and enhance the company reputation throughout the industry. Consistently provide high levels of customer service.

Programming of various security related platforms

Answer user inquiries regarding security software or hardware operation to resolve problems.

Set up equipment and train customers to use the system

**Qualifications**:
3 years industry technical experience in integrated security systems, access control, CCTV, intercoms and alarm systems.

Ability to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions

First Aid, CSTS, fall arrest and lift training certificates are an asset

Must have a clean driving record with a valid Ontario class G driver's license

Personal hand tools are required, company tools will be provided

**Requirement**:
Must be able to work flexible hours, including some weekends, to meet clients requests

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Security alarm Service and Installations technician: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (Full G Class) (required)
