**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an Experienced Full-Time Mortgage Assistant to start in May/June of 2025.

This essential role will require the applicant to have experience in the Mortgage and/or Real Estate Industry. You will be working directly with clients as well as the Banks/Lenders in order to complete each Mortgage on behalf of the Mortgage Broker.

**Key Requirements & Responsibilities**:

- **Client Communication**: Contacting many clients daily, in order to gather information, documentation, or signatures.
- **Fast Paced Environment**:Being comfortable in a fast paced work environment with strict deadlines and requirements.
- **Highly Organized & Detail Oriented**: Ability to manage multiple Clients and Mortgages each day, quickly and accurately, in order to meet strict deadlines.
- **Strong Computer skills**:Adobe or PDF Systems, Outlook, Word, Excel.
- **Motivation & Independence**: Self motivated to ensure you meet each deadline and are able to thrive in an independent environment.
- **Exceptionalism**:Fresh Mortgage Co is a high producing Mortgage Brokerage which requires the employees to be above average as well.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in the Mortgage and/or Real Estate Industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Accurate and detailed while working on multiple Mortgages at the same time.

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
