Call It Spring is seeking a Full-time sales lead (keyholder) at the Premium Outlets location. We are looking for a positive, upbeat, and can-do individual to join our team who is passionate about fashion.

Your Responsibilities:

- Supports management (Store Manager and Assistant Manager) in all tasks necessary and efficiently to maintain store operations
- A leadership role in coaching your sales team to meet their personal and store budget goals
- Ensure to maximize sales by providing a positive customer experience
- Understands and adheres to loss prevention and security policies, credit, and procedures (ex. returns and exchanges, deposit logs, etc.)
- Ensure stock replenishment and maintenance merchandise on the sales floor are up to par (price points are correct, missing merchandise are replaced, etc.)
- Able to climb ladders, move and lift boxes up to 30 lbs

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Key holder/Shift Manager and related work experience in customer service or retail service
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate the team to achieve sale objective
- 6 months to 1-year experience in a leadership role

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

- Brampton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
