Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Edmonton is looking to hire a Project Coordinator to manage our short term, fast paced residential and light commercial plumbing rehabilitation projects. We are located in west Edmonton, and all of our work falls within the greater Edmonton area. Our work focuses primarily on residential plumbing installations and renovations.
- Plumbing experience or knowledge is a major asset
- Technical diploma or higher level education in relevant area or a combination of education and experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with colleagues and clients of all levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and / or G-Suite
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a timely manner
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to work with and learn new systems
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan/create schedules for new projects and communicate those schedules with customers and installation teams
- Organize work schedules of ongoing projects
- Help ensure projects meet targets and objectives of profitability, quality, safety and schedule
- Monitor and track project profitability, labor hours utilized and material costs of projects
- Maintain positive client relationships
- Communicate project deliverables with installation teams, monitor the execution of those deliverables during project execution
- Head daily kickoff meetings with installation teams discussing deliverables, project constraints, work breakdown structures and all other requirements of the relevant project
- Coordinate with the installation teams, customers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Help manage all aspects of projects from planning through project completion
Compensation will be based on applicant qualifications. A co-pay group benefit package commences after successful completion of a 3 month probationary period.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Project Coordination / Management: 1 year (required)
- All independently owned and operated franchised businesses operate under the service brands’ marks, trademarks, trade names, logos, emblems, slogans, or other indicia of origin in connection with the Mr. Rooter Plumbing® franchise system within a specified geographical area. Only the independently owned and operated franchised business shall have any interaction with or authority for its business and make all employment related decisions related to its franchised business.
