**What you’ll do**:

- Engage with clients to understand their unique aesthetic goals and recommend tailored treatments.
- Develop thorough treatment plans including injectable procedures, skincare, and various aesthetic procedures to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Skillfully perform a range of cosmetic injectable treatments.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in medical aesthetics.
- Uphold a clean and organized workspace, strictly adhering to safety and hygiene protocols for a secure and welcoming environment.
- Foster strong connections with clients, providing continuous support and guidance throughout their aesthetic journey.
- Work closely with the team members to maintain a high standard of service and coordinated patient care.
- Capture and submit consented before & after photos, following GraceMed’s policies & procedures to showcase the transformative outcomes.

**What you will bring along**:

- Current registration with the College of Nurse of Ontario or College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
- At least 2 years of experience performing cosmetic injections, including Neurotoxins and Dermal fillers.
- Experience and training in advanced injecting techniques is an asset.
- Experience working in a luxury, client-focused medical spa or similar upscale environment is preferred.
- Must possess medical knowledge of facial anatomy.
- Knowledge of and experience with medical grade skin care brands.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, the ability to influence and sell service with openness and honesty.
- Team player with a positive attitude and desire to grow and retain clientele.
- Knowledge of social media and marketing, such as Instagram, Facebook and more.
- Proficiency and comfort with using technology and software such as EMR, PMS (Patient Management Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite
