**What it’s All About**:
You are an energetic and highly organized professional with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask. You like problem-solving and case investigations to make sure you are delivering service excellence to our customers. You will communicate with multiple departments in order to get all the information that you need as well as cross-reference facts and statements to ensure accuracy. You will be working in a supported work environment that is well equipped with knowledgeable leaders and coaches to ensure your training and performing the Flanagan Way

**What you’ll Do**:

- Enter data and log customer credit concerns and details
- Thoroughly investigate customer credit concerns
- Work effectively with multiple departments in order to collect all of the necessary information
- Maintain multiple Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheets and files
- Work within the internal ERP system
- Cross-reference facts and data to ensure accuracy

**What We Need**:

- High level of commitment to Customer Service Excellence
- Two years of previous experience in a similar role required
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills required;
- Effective verbal and written communications skills required;
- Solid decision-making skills
- Foodservice distribution experience would be an asset.
- Data entry experience would be an asset.
- High level of interpersonal skills to build strong relationships within the network of departments
