Journeyman Plumber

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout specifications for plumbing installations.
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential hazards.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on various plumbing equipment and fixtures.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively for installation and repair tasks.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters and HVAC technicians as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations during all work performed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety standards.

- Proficient in plumbing techniques with hands-on experience in installation and repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various plumbing issues.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for effective project execution.
- Familiarity with power tools used in plumbing tasks.
- Experience in heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment.
- Skills in welding or building structures related to plumbing installations are advantageous.

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
