**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and networking.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer accounts, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales or account management; experience in technical sales is a plus.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients effectively.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop tailored solutions.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required; strong communication skills are essential.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service at all times.
