We are a fast growing family company looking for **ONE** experienced plasterer who takes pride in their work ethic and wants to be part of a positive, hardworking and respectful team. Work includes both residential and commercial.
- Strong communication skills.
- Set up and take down scaffolding for stucco jobs.
- Set up scaffolding and other equipment to safety standards.
- Experienced in the use and safety of heavy equipment such as lifts or booms.
- Proficient in both conventional and acrylic EIFS stucco systems.
- Create decorative textures in finish coat, using brushes and trowels
- Perform various construction activities with expertise in plastering.
- Meticulous attention to detail of finishes, textures & colors including custom work.
- Utilize job construction experience and time management skills on site at all times.
- Respect yourself, your team and other trades at all times.
Work conditions and physical capabilities:
- Bending, crouching, kneeling
- Handling heavy work loads
- Physically demanding
- Comfortable with heights
- Able to carry up to 23 kgs (50 lbs)
- Adhere to all federal and provincial safety standards
A valid drivers license and the ability to provide your own transportation to sites in Winnipeg and the surrounding area is an asset. Preference will be given to applicants who have their own transportation.
Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour (negotiable)
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturdays during peak season
