**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide individual sessions to support clients’ emotional well-being.
- Help clients set meaningful goals and create actionable strategies for personal growth.
- Offer psychoeducation on topics such as body image, self-esteem, and stress management.
- Collaborate with our medical and wellness teams to develop holistic care plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in line with ethical and professional standards.
- Stay current with trends and best practices in mental health and wellness.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Registered and in good standing with the **RCC (Registered Clinical Counsellor)** in **British Columbia**.
- Experience in a healthcare or wellness-based setting is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, client-centered therapeutic approach.
