Our dynamic team comprises over 100 family physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals, all working together to provide timely, compassionate, and effective healthcare.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Counsellor to join our expanding mental health services team. This part-time, virtual position offers flexible scheduling and is ideal for professionals who value autonomy, collaboration, and meaningful impact. There is potential for growth into a full-time role.

**Position Overview**

As a Counsellor at Enhanced Care Clinic, you will provide individual counselling to clients and families in Saskatchewan Saskatoon, focusing on promoting wellness through a blend of values-based and case management clinical approaches. You will deliver comprehensive, evidence-based services for children, youth, adults, and their parents or caregivers. Flexible workdays/hours with virtual delivery and optional in-person visits.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver focused, single-session therapeutic support for adults, families, and couples
- Ability to provide multiple clinical frameworks, with specialized expertise in solution-focused, client-informed, and brief therapy approaches
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Provide workshops, seminars and support groups, with an inclusive approach
- Create and implement individualized care plans, with culturally responsive and inclusivity care
- Other relevant patient care duties

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Registered or eligible to register with SKCP, SASW, CCC, or equivalent
- Knowledge and skills in assessment and treatment of children and youth who experience and to work with the medical team, including psychiatrists and physicians
- Experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, or family systems
- Demonstrated experience providing individual, group, and family, psycho-educational and brief therapy
- Ability to deliver care through virtual counseling
- Driver’s license and access to a vehicle for work purposes

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
