We are an established, Vancouver based company specialized in custom closets and storage solutions serving Metro Vancouver residential and business properties. Our main projects rely on proper installation of multiple designs for a variety of clients throughout the mainland.

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our growing team as a cabinet/closet installation Technician. Your responsibility is to install products in a safe, high quality and productive manner. You will be responsible for installing all type of our product from reach-in closets to high-end cabinetry. Maintain equipment and keep the vehicle clean and organized.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive the company’s truck to and from the job site
- Load and unload the truck in a safe manner
- Check material against the installation plan and/or purchase order before the installation
- Operate CNC machine or similar equipment
- Follow the company’s standards and demonstrate a high quality installation
- Deliver a professional installation in a timely manner
- Be able to dismantle the old units in a safe manner with mínimal damage
- Make cut and adjustment on the jobsite as necessary
- Maintain a clean workspace inside customers home
- Pay attention to details
- Make a good relationship with the customers and answer their questions or concerns while on the job site

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in cabinetry installation or similar field
- Valid BC Drivers' license (Class 5) is a must
- Ability to read and understand the drawing and renderings
- Experience with equipment and handheld tools including but not limited to table saw, jigsaw, drill and stud finder
- Have a good decision making skills and good sense of time management
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and navigate stairs

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$29.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- carpentry or cabinet installation: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
