Le rôle du coordonnateur/coordonnatrice de projets consiste principalement à la planification et à la gestion des différents aspects entourant la mise en œuvre d’un projet, selon l’échéancier prévu. Le coordonnateur/coordonnatrice de projet sera appelé à travailler conjointement avec le département de l’estimation et le département des opérations (chargé de projet).

**Sous la supervision de la Directrice des opérations, vos responsabilités sont les suivantes**:

- Communication avec les différents intervenants associés au projet ;
- Préparation et envoi des documents de début/fin du projet ;
- Préparation et envoi des échantillons et fiches techniques ;
- Proposition d’équivalence/alternative (s’il y a lieu) ;
- Préparation des commandes de matériaux/poseurs ;
- Gestion des coûts en lien des directives/avis de changements/personnalisations ;
- Suivi des délais des matériaux en lien avec l’échéancier ;
- Préparation plan de pose des revêtements ;
- Planification et coordination des livraisons au chantier ;
**Profil recherché du coordonnateur/coordonnatrice**:

- Habiletés à la lecture de plans et devis (un atout) ;
- Sens de l’organisation et sens initiative ;
- Bonne capacité à travailler en équipe ;
- Bonne communication ;
- Aptitudes avec les logiciels informatiques ;
- Maîtrise de la suite Office ;
- Capacité à travailler sur divers dossiers simultanément ;
- Capacité à travailler dans des délais serrés ;
- **Bilingue (anglais et français)**

The role of the project coordinator consists mainly of planning and managing the various aspects surrounding the implementation of a project, according to the planned schedule. The project coordinator will be called upon to work jointly with the estimation department and the operations department (project managers).

**Under the supervision of the Operation Director, your responsibilities are as follows**:

- Communication with the various stakeholders associated with the project;
- Preparation and sending of the start / end documents of the project;
- Preparation and sending of samples and technical sheets;
- Equivalence / alternative proposal (if applicable);
- Preparation of orders for materials / installers
- Cost management related to directives / Change Order / customizations;
- Monitoring of material deadlines in connection with the schedule;
- Preparation of the floor installation plan;
- Planning and coordination of deliveries to the site;
**Required profile of the coordinator**:

- Ability to read plans and specifications (an asset);
- Sense of organization and sense of initiative;
- Good ability to work in a team;
- Good communication ;
- Skills with computer software;
- Proficiency in the Office suite;
- Ability to work on various files simultaneously;
- Ability to work under tight deadlines;
- Bilingual (English and French)
