Caring for a variety of animals
- Facilitate grooming and administering oral and topical medication
- Follow established protocols and procedures for animal handling, feeding, and cleaning
- Monitor animal behavior and health, reporting any abnormalities or concerns to supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of animal observations and treatments
- Assist with the handling and restraint of animals during procedures or examinations
- PM feeding and kennel care; ensure cleanliness and sanitation of animal housing areas and equipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of animals and staff

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with management
- Must be able to work proficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Must have a love for animals and a desire to learn
- Ability to work independently and carry out prescribed routines
- Good work ethic
- Industry experience

Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25lbs

**Job Type**: Part time and Full-time positions available

**Salary**: $18 - 22 per hour depending on experience

Schedule:

- 4-8 hr shifts
- Maximum of 40 hours per week
