**Position Scope**:
Oxford Frozen Foods is recruiting for Forklift Operators in Production Operations, Shipping, and Warehouse locations in Oxford NS.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or Equivalent.
- Experience operating a Forklift is not a requirement but would be considered an asset.
- Desired Qualities and Abilities:

- Follow all policies and procedures and work in a safe manner
- Organizational skills with the ability to multi task
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Good Time management
- Security minded
- Must be able to work rotating shifts
- Must be able to work with products including but not limited to onions and wheat

Oxford Frozen Foods requires all employees to have an active role in organizational sustainability initiatives including,
- Correctly divert waste to support Zero Waste initiatives
- React to green wastes (wasted energy and water, air leaks, product leaks etc.) by submitting work orders for immediate repair
