**Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Pick and pack orders based on shipping deadlines.
- Ship web orders via courier. Assist customer service in resolving any courier shipping issues.
- Receive in product from suppliers, put into stock, ensuring proper rotation.
- Ensure efficient use of warehouse space.
- Analyze inventory levels and assist in restocking as needed.
- Track expiries and reporting.
- Maintain housekeeping and ensure all product that is shipped out is clean and not defective.
- Work with the team to address and reduce shipping errors.
- Work with customer service and purchasers to reduce shortages.
- Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- Uphold health & safety policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- 1 year inventory control experience (preferred)
- Experience in the equine and/or livestock industry considered an asset.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work under pressure situations.
- Intermediate Microsoft skills required.
- Must be hardworking, a self-starter and a problem solver.
- Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, working additional hours when necessary.
- Able to work in a physically demanding job and lift up to 25kg in a safe manner.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
