**Payroll Manager**: Full-Time

Number of hours per week : between 10 and 15

Shift : Day

Availability : Weekdays

**Summary**:
Under the authority of the Director of Human Resources, the incumbent assumes the production of payroll according to the rules of the various collective agreements in force. He must receive and analyze the data, produce and reconcile the various monthly and annual reports concerning the overall payroll cycle.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process changes to employee files (hiring, departures, changes to conditions of employment, benefits, Records of Employment, etc.);
- Produce payroll for all staff according to the established schedule;
- Monitor vacation banks, public holidays and illnesses;
- Process special files, such as preventive withdrawals, work accidents, maternity leave and disabilities;
- Ensure the production and reconcile the annual salary reports (T4, T4A and RL-1) and produce the year-end summary report;
- Ensure the production of monthly reports (RRSP, VRSP, FTQ, Insurance, union dues, PBAS, pension fund);
- Reconcile general ledger accounts relating to payroll and source deductions;
- Collaborate in the preparation of the audit file and provide the necessary documents related to staff compensation;
- Participate in the year-end process (analyze discrepancies, make corrections when required) as part of the production of tax slips;
- Perform other related duties.

**Requirements**:

- College diploma (DEC) in administrative techniques, accounting and management or a related discipline;
- Relevant work experience(s) in processing the full payroll cycle (experience in a unionized environment, an asset);
- Mastery of Office suite software (Word, Excel);
- Mastery of the French language, spoken and written.
